The MAVA Foundation is one of the largest conservation foundations in Europe dedicated to promoting the protection of nature. MAVA provides CHF 45 million annually in grants to conservation initiatives and fosters a network of partnerships (most importantly with the WWF and IUCN) with advocacy, programme and funding components. To drive higher levels of performance and impact, MAVA seeks to appoint an Executive Director (or CEO) who will be the Foundation’s external ambassador as well as its strategic and operational leader.
